Happy Halloween. Just some technical difficulties here. My only free time is on the weekends, I have spent the past 5 trying to get my computer to run a game, any game at this point.

Week 38
Hope you all had a great week. Mine wasn’t too bad actually.
I only got a little bit of playtime this week. I have not wanted to update Sims 4, so I didn’t. Sims 3 wasn’t really in my interest either.
So, instead of resurrecting a dead neighborhood in Sims 2, I just restarted it with a new name.
Wants a Plenty is back. This is a 5 Wishes in the Original Pleasantview played in the order in which the in-game tip guide suggests.

July to October
Long time, no see. Sorry I have not been keeping this site up to date, like at all, in months. My computer had a meltdown and I luckily came in to some money less than a month later and got it rebuilt. Then there was almost a month where I could not get Sims 3 or 4 to run on the new set up, but Sims 2 ran perfectly.
June 16 to Now
I have been playing the last few months, but nothing consistently. Add in all the problems already mentioned, and I just was blah about the whole legacy crap.
That is over!
The Tart Twist has happened. Generation 6 has started and been posted. It’s also going to be a bit speedier, but because of the twist, it should have the same amount of chapter as usual (12 or less). I am striving for smaller chapters too. Also, Generation 6 has been added to the downloads page and the amount of downloads does have a determination at the end (if needed).
Some things are still on hiatus, but I do plan to get the Vinson’s going and completed by the end of this year (fingers crossed). I hope to get back into them in September.
After that, I will slowly start adding the others back in as time and work allows.
I am also doing a for fun Speedy Legacy (for the 3rd time), hopefully this one does not fail. No postings or even a blog. Not sure I even will post it.

Monday – April Fool’s Day – No jokes today. Supernatural Sundae’s Chapter 0.7. Chapter 0.8 should be the last for the founding generation. Oh and I blatantly ripped off Reggie’s bio pages for the family. All credit goes to her and Herping and Derping. That is also a must read. Go. Go now!
Due to the long weekend and Stinks’ Spring Break, everything is delayed. I am actually playing Tart’s right now, so I will get everything back on track as I am able.
Also, if you recall, I won a custom made sim from TFMsMinion for Cupid’s Conumdrum Challenge win.
Here is Freya! She will be starting something up in the next few months, although I will be starting it unofficially this week. No updates until later this month, perhaps next month.

March 18 – Vinson – A Man for July. This was a contest on Naughty Sims Asylum. I had a vague dating game thing going on. It was hysterically funny and in the end, July had made her choice. I did not have time this week to do her weekly post, but I will hopefully get her played this weekend.

March 20 – Supernatural Sundae’s Chapter 0.3. I clicked publish instead of post draft. So, you got an update really early.

I would also like to thank anyone that went over to Naughty Sims Asylum and voted for Cupid’s Conundrum. I did win the contest. I was so shocked. I never win anything. On top of a monetary prize, I also get a custom house from Nellas and a custom sim from Minion. The sim will live in the house and will be used to form my next WYD Mama. This will be projected for either May or June.
I am also doing a Nothing is Free challenge on Sims Asylum for when I need a break. It can only be found there and I have no plans to publish it elsewhere.
Week of February 11 – 17
Happy Valentine’s Day!
I actually ended up getting quite a bit done this week. A slight mishap in the scheduling of the Tart ISBI, it posted a day earlier than planned. Name of the Game got two updates out over the course of the week so that an Heir Poll could be started. Moonlight Compulsion is having some issues with freezing. I do have the stuff for a Perfect Genetics update, but spent that day streaming Fringe, Season 4.
I am going to do some maintenance on Moonlight Compulsion and hope that it fixes whatever the problem is. If not, I might bin the house and restart Moonlight Falls and plop the house back in.

February 12 – Vinson Family. Chapter 6. Unexpected happenings and last post of Generation 7.

February 13 – Açaí’s Perfect Genetics, Chapter 3 – Is slightly late because I was watching Season 4 of Fringe most of the week. Expect it on February 14 or 15.
February 14 – 25 Days. Chapter 8. Last post of Generation 2.
February 15 – Midnight Fug, Chapter 3. Kids are born, birthdays happen, but do they ever find an heir?
February 16 – Moonlight Compulsion, Chapter 6 – Delayed. The game freezes every 3 seconds.
February 17 – Name of the Game: Heir Poll Ends. I got out two updates during the week so that I could open up the heir poll for Generation 3. Please take a second and vote if you have not already.
A lot is happening next week with several families ready have their next generation start.
Weeks of November 20 – January 4
So much time has passed! Happy belated Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year!
I took an extended hiatus for the Holiday’s/TFM Sims Asylum Challenge, Cupid’s Conundrum which I completed in December, but still do minor updates for along with a TS2 version.
If you are registered with the Sims Asylum, you can read all about Cupid there too, but it was dual posted so you can read it here if you want.
As previously noted, Seasons lagged all my saves. The Tart Family was able to go on and I even spent about 3 minutes putting some color around the new house and remodeled a bit of the outside.

I really had fun with the Tart’s the past couple of days and I am really excited to go back!
The Vinson’s – Not much to say here. Their save was horrid. I’m not sure what happened, but things went to hell, and then it got amazing and then the Season’s lag forced a move.
Generation 7: Leo: Chapter 1 was posted with leftover forgotten about shots on 11/24.
Chapter 2 was posted on 12/31. They did end up moving, but they kept crashing my game. I think I have it solved, but I have not been back yet. The Vinson’s are now rocking Lucky Palms.
Again, it started off rocky, but I had so much fun playing the family. I missed them a lot. You can now Download a Vinson off their download page.
Desiderio’s – I had a request for a family upload, which I did yesterday. They are listed as a family and individually on their downloads page. I went and found all my .sim files, so I will be able to add more generations too. I did not get a chance to play them because I had to move them to Riverview and build them a house. I populated the town with some of my makeovers from SV, TB, and MF.
Speaking of….I have completed and uploaded all my makeover sims. I still am going to do other worlds too, but only as I need them. I left some of Riverview’s townies there, so I might work on them.
Dantari’s – Chapter 11 was posted on 11/26. So hoping to get them played soon.
Boo may have been done for six months, but her page is still going strong. She will be the first of my blogs to hit 10,000 views in the coming months. The rules were updated in Nov. and will be again in March (from what I have heard) when Uni comes out.
All in all, I have enjoyed the 20 woohoo challenge and the hiatus from all the families, but now that I’m getting back in the swing of things, I sure did miss my simmies.

Oct. 20th to now, I spent in Sims 2 land. I increased my collection from Double Deluxe to include Seasons, Apartment Life, Free Time, and University. I then went on to order all 8 Stuff packs, which I have been waiting for without word for three weeks. The other day I ordered hard (separate copies) of Sims 2 (base) and Night Life. One day, I might even learn how to do the pics for them.
Other than that, I have been doing just about nothing. The other night, J talked me into giving DayZ another try. Other than screaming whenever a zombie got near me, I had a blast watching the many ways I can possibly die. A friend got me a sniper rifle. I had 45 kills before I accidentally rolled off the roof of a building and broke all the bones in my body. That sucked. Next time, I might turn on fraps.
I had an idea for an Alien Legacy. I was thinking of doing it to get to know Seasons. Then my pre-order got all screwed up and it looked like I was not going to be able to get it for a while. So, instead of coming soon, it came now. It is currently the only Sims related thing I’m doing, so the chapters are flying out.
The Dantari Legacy/OWBC went live on November 10 with Chapter 1. I am currently working on Chapter 5. It took several hours, but I even managed to figure out how to make my own scorecard/point tally spreadsheet.
Hubby surprised me by saying that he would be happy to start a Seasons search after work tonight (technically 4am tomorrow). I think it might be because I actually played a game with him for once.
That’s all for now. Stink just called. He forgot his backpack and now I have to drive for the first time in several months. Sigh. I hate driving without a license. Oh well, I think I can make it 4 miles undetected.
Week of Sept. 2 – 9
Well, it was a day or two late, but I did get my Supernatural. I am really enjoying the new world. I just wish I could find all the zombies everyone else is getting bombarded with. D:
Not much updating was done because I had to replay Kit-Kat’s first update (3 times – Teen to elder) without mods. 3 times, 3 gay/bi results. No Woohooer means no babies. THEN when I finally updated my patch and mods, she decides to be straight. Also, her relatives started marrying each other. Zircon asked Magnolia to prom. After woohooer was updated, Kit-Kat snuck in a cyber woohoo. It was a long time before she gained a level in Kama Simtra, when she did, I found out that she cyberwoohoo’d uncle Paradise.

Luckily, Twallan got me an update real quick! I 
Twallan! He has been a great help to me this week. When my Portrait Panel broke, he had an update within hours. When my woohooer broke, he had an update real quick. When my mover broke, he had an update by the time I got up in the morning. If you hit up his wiki, you will see a million of my posts where my game was broke and a “Try this update” from Twallan.
I bet you anything, that even EA employees won’t play without Twallan mods.

Also, I am in search of some feedback in the coming weeks as we get to know Supernatural better so that CSquared and I can update the WYDC Rules. I plan to do another one, but from the male standpoint 
I’m really looking forward to investigating Supernatural one woohoo at a time.
So far, there are two new careers to add. The lifespan bonus might need to be tweaked a bit since Supernaturals live longer.

I am reviewing my ongoing stuff on my Random/Let’s try this blog. Rising Midnight Sun was cancelled because it is the most boring challenge ever. BORING! I will be reviewing the other in the weeks to come or working on them randomly when I’m in the mood for a change.
Chasing Wishes – One Generation Wishacy
Sept. 6 – Luke Ugli made it to Chapter 2. This chapter was also completed a while back, but I was having serious issues with WordPress and updating. Ended up that it took me over a week to find an obscure post from 5 years ago stating that you can’t upload from outside with a static page. I have since done away with all my static pages and haven’t had trouble since.
Silverflower Dreams
I found several of my saves, including my random challenge. Here is the chapter that was done, but was going to be deleted. Glad to have found the backup saves!
Sept.2 – Arcana Silverflower – Chapter 2 – Almost time for Firebolt to take over. I did his roll and I think it might be an interesting generation.

Sept. 7 – Kit-Kat Chapter 38 was finally done. I still have 9 mods that are not done yet. One of them is a no reacting to ghosts. So, no more Moonlight Falls updates for Kit-Kat until that one is in my mods folder. She can’t work or earn tips because she is too busy warding of ghosts.
Prologue – Sept. 1

Prologue, Part 3 – maybe, I’m trashing all the work I did yesterday.
This is not widely advertised, in fact I don’t think I have links to it anywhere. I never recovered my old 100 baby challenge, which was no big loss. I hadn’t worked on it in months anyway.
So, I started a new one. It’s more for fun than anything and it’s not advertised because it sucks. I am waiting on several mods (as mentioned above), so it will be bits and pieces of playing for now.
It has a Prologue and Chapter 1. I have been working Chapter 2 for several days. I don’t know how you real storytellers do it. I just sit there and stare at it for hours and then I type a word and then pick my nose, wash dishes, type another word. Wash the windows, crash cars on Burnout, then erase what I wrote. I have had a migraine for days. Which reminds me that I am halfway done with Prologue part whatever and I don’t like. A day of writing and 150 pics (with only 10 useable) for the recycle bin. Makes me want to just give up.
